How to Convert an M3U LINK TO XTREAM CODES for SMARTERS IPTV?

It’s relatively simple to do, Xtream-Codes generally requires 3 crucial parameters to work:

1- Name: any name can do this, this parameter is just used to identify a subscription in case you have several.
2- User name*
3- Password*
4- Link*

An M3U link usually looks like this:

http://fournisseur.com:8000/get.php?username=123456&password=xyz&type=m3u&output=mpegts

To convert it to Xtream Codes, you have to start visualizing it in 3 parts:
